Patch notes:
- Leaderboards are now visible in-game for all three modes
- Health bar is now displaying remaining health properly
- Game should now start in exclusive full screen mode if that was previously selected (it was using windowed full screen before). Minor fixes to the resolution/full screen selection menu are still needed
- Minor performance improvements
- Minor UI inconsistencies fixed
