Hello, People seems to be misunderstanding One Chance Mode. It's that '?' sign unlocked after beating all levels. By clicking it, you start from zero, and need to complete ALL levels inside it without failing. By doing that you get the achievement. Cheers, Lospi

Some players weren't getting achievements properly. - Changed the way Steam recognize rOt achievements; It should be fixed. Cheers, Lospi
