Graphics: If you lower the texture quality to half/quarter and disable some effects, it will make the UI look worse but will make it much smooth of an expirence on weaker hardware. Disabling/enabling post processing and shadow quality has no real impact on performance. Lowering texture quality will make it where it is possible to get 60 FPS with hardware with around 2-3 GBs of VRAM.
