Fixed a crash when accessing the options when the operating system has a language not supported by the game. Stage Length option when customizing difficulty can now go up to 1000% (before up to 200%)

Fixed a crash when accessing the options when the operating system has a language not supported by the game. Stage Length option when customizing difficulty can now go up to 1000% (before up to 200%)
- Fixed in some computers the CRT setting wouldn't work properly. This setting was temporarily disabled shortly after release but should be back now.
