Removed blur from Odette's arena to solve lag issues. When starting a voyage with Garridine and Eridani the drones should no longer overlap. Fixed music leaking from specific stages. Weapons can no longer be dragged in the pause or level-up menu. Removed WIP multiplayer features

Fixed Cygnus Loophole's boss becoming softlocked if a certain Surge difficulty is selected. Attempted to address issues with saving and loading in rare circumstances. Fixed a polling bug during pre-game menus which caused a lot of lag.
