All illustrations (more than 60 in total) and some remaining UI elements have now been replaced with non-AI assets. The visuals have been reworked to create a more consistent look throughout the game.

A further six illustrations have been replaced (now 55 in total, since replacements began). Some changes to the maps (replaced a few images).

With version 3.0, the map is placed right in the center of the gameplay experience. The result? Smoother navigation and better overview, making it easier to focus on the story and making critical decisions. Some other user interface changes have been made as well, like scrapping

Bloodwood Dungeon is heavily inspired by classical, old-school gamebooks from the eighties and nineties, with their simple battle systems based on dice rolls. With this update, the game goes all the way and makes the mechanics of combat explicit with dice rolls on screen, showing

In version 1.3 of Bloodwood Dungeon: * A new colorful character is introduced that may aid the player in ways not to be disclosed here. * Two new achievements. * Some typos removed.

Some enemy encounters have been improved by increasing player agency.

Players have pointed out specific areas for improvement. This update addresses some of these, namely: * There is now an additional save spot earlier in the game, just after chapter 1. * A few characters have been added in the forest area. * Some minor bugs have been removed.
