Developer posts and news about this game.
The work continues. I would say the main quest is reworked in 1/3. Story is gonna be more or less the same, but waaaay more expanded and it will start at planet 1, at the beginning of the game. The player will visit some new locations, like the Red Palace on Teneria (screenshot).

- Fixed "Back" button in shipyard/ hyperpedia. - Fixed a few other minor things, graphical glitches.
- Fixed save slot 12 (other slots seem to work fine. there was a piece of code missing for 12) - Sound and music settings will save and load properly.
- More mission points from all missions and main quest. - Fewer and simplier missions on 1st planet. This planet should be only a tutorial-like episode before greater journey. I want players to spend less time there. - Fixed a few typos and other small bugs.
- A few small fixes in conversations. - Added a few new plants on tropical planets. Some of them were too often repeated. - Added geological oddities and other rare things to scan on some moons. They will be found rather in uninhabited systems.
- New spaceship explosions! Nicer animation= bigger satisfaction from victory. - Fixed bug in spaceship shield recharge. For longer time i knew there was something wrong, but i could not find the error. Due to a bug the player ship was totaly immune to enemy attacks during shield
- Added new area looting system, designed to grab items from all nearby bodies. Just approach a fallen enemy, left click and relax- all items from closest area will float into your inventory. The sum of looted stuff will be displayed on small windows popping up. The old tri-item

- Added better camera movement in spaceship mode. Now the camera keeps up with the speed of the ship, even in speed boost mode, to always show the area in front of the ship. Previously, at higher speeds, the ship would fly almost at the edge of the screen, slamming straight into
Dantarin main quest fix. There was a small bug. It was not breaking the game totally, but still messing with the story and gameplay.
- Hand weapons rebalance. The dmg of slow-firing weapons has been modified to make them more useful compared to faster weapons, such as gatling lasers. Slow weapons, like the Heavy Laser, are now almost as powerful and at the same time more economical because they use less ammuni
FIxed: - some missions on Ugo and Cordilia - Medical Laboratory - some missing, but non essential conversations - Black Lyshaak loot
Hyperpedia is now added to the game. It's an in-game manual, explaining the intricacies of the game's mechanics. It is accessible from the esc menu. This is the last of the urgent fixes that became necessary after the release of Hyperspacer. Now all that remains is... play the ga
