Bugfixes: Fixed a combat Negotiate button related issue.
This update feature many small improvements to UI and useability behaviours. Notably an issue with tooltip delays is now fixed. General: Fixed some weird behaviour and delays with tooltips. Added Tooltip Delay option. Gameplay: New item tag: Salvo: This item does not end the turn
