Today is a special day for me, and I know this announcement can confuse some people or make them a bit lost. So, I want to be fully sincere and address right away why I am mentioning this here on Steam regarding a release I am doing on my Patreon page.

Why Patreon? What about Steam?

Some may not know, but The Entrepreneur started as an early access project on Patreon, and once it evolved into a complete game, it was released on Steam. (This practice is common, if not standard, for 3D Adult Visual novel developers)

It will be the same approach for Law School! Today marks the official release of Law School's first episode, which will be available for those who like to play/preview things very early through my Patreon page.

Once Law School - Chapter 1 Development is 100% complete, I will release it on Steam immediately!

I hope this makes things a bit cleaner right away. I sincerely appreciate the understanding and support both communities have given me so far; I can't express how fantastic everyone in the MisterMaya community is! :hearts:

Diverse and Engaging Cast

“Law School” features six unique love interests, each crafted with meticulous attention to detail. My
characters boast distinct personalities and rich backstories, ensuring no two are alike. You'll find
yourself immersed in their development and narratives. In addition, a dynamic ensemble of secondary
characters - friends, adversaries, casual “acquaintances” (wink-wink), classmates, and staff - enrich
your daily college life, each contributing their own intriguing stories.

Immersive Gameplay

The gameplay in “Law School” goes beyond standard relationship management and story-affecting
decisions. Enjoy mini-games, optional free-roam events in each episode, and access to “Facegram,”
the game's integrated social media platform. Music selection is tailored to each scene, enhancing the
atmosphere.

To Summarize?

Law School is a MUCH BIGGER GAME than The Entrepreneur in which you'll experience the same
thrilling sensations, if not more. More sex, decisions, humor, and a new game system. All
together, they result in another dream, another cast of sexy girls, and another adventure all waiting for you.

I'm thrilled to bring you the fourth development update for Law School – Episode 1. And today is an
important update, because I've got loads of important things to say, so let's start right away.

Progress Recap for Last Month

First, an important milestone: I have completed all the story statics for Episode 1, albeit a month later
than planned. This delay was due to a series of unforeseen events, including illness, a back injury, and
additional work on my first game, "The Entrepreneur." While I won't delve into the specifics here, I'm
eager to announce that March will bring exciting news for "The Entrepreneur." Moreover, another
long-term project of mine related to "MisterMaya" is finally coming to fruition, and I look forward to
sharing it with you. These developments have contributed to the one-month delay, but thankfully, no
further delays have occurred since February.

Where Do We Stand Now?

To date, I have crafted 43 scenes, totaling almost 2,500 statics and 70 animations. Additionally, the
creation of a roaming event and two mini-games will increase the count of images and animations. The
dialogue has expanded to 8,500 lines, not counting the content from the roaming event.

Challenges Ahead

I'm currently juggling the final tasks for "The Entrepreneur," which occupy 70% of my workload,
leaving 30% for "Law School." Completing these tasks within the next two weeks is crucial. The
pressure has cut into my sleep, but it's a challenge I'm determined to overcome. I'm also in the midst of
preparing "Law School" for a social media introduction, which requires the creation of numerous
promotional images.

Goals for the Upcoming Month

My immediate objectives include developing the aforementioned mini-games and roaming event. I aim
to create 90 to 100 images for the characters' Facegram profiles, a task I estimate will take 2 to 3 days.
Following this, I'll review all images to adjust scenes as needed and address any issues such as
clipping or lighting. Typically, up to 5% of scenes require revision, a process that should take no more
than a day and a half, including rendering time. The final step is the post-work phase, which I hope to
complete in under two weeks. My ultimate goal is to finalize the first episode by the end of March and
then distribute it to testers.

Final Thoughts

Completing the story statics phase was a significant achievement and brought me immense
satisfaction. As we approach the release, my anticipation grows, accompanied by the familiar nerves of
launching a new episode—a sentiment shared by developers everywhere. Despite the daunting
workload ahead, I'm optimistic about meeting my deadlines.

I'm thrilled to bring you the third development update for Law School – Episode 1. December was a
whirlwind month for me, filled with personal and professional milestones, including my birthday and
unexpected travels. Despite these, I've made significant headway on Law School's first episode,
especially in the last two weeks.

Progress Recap for Last Month

Currently, I'm crafting the final scenes of Episode 1. Excluding the additional content like roaming
events and mini-games planned for later development, only eight scenes remain. I've also been
preparing exclusive wallpapers and promotional images, as we edge closer to release. Plus, I've
completed all but one of the LEWD scenes, which is a huge milestone given their complexity and
animation frame count.

Where Do We Stand Now?

To date, I've created 35 scenes, amassing over 2100 story statics and more than 40 animations. While I
may not hit the 3000 story statics mark, the total will likely soar with the inclusion of images for minigames, roaming events, Facegram, and more. On the animation front, we might reach around 60
animations, slightly shy of the initial 80-target, unless time allows for additional creation.

Challenges Ahead

My immediate focus is completing the story statics swiftly. The next development phase includes
creating and coding mini-game visuals, developing the free roam event, designing Facegram for
characters, optimizing the game's GUI, refining mechanics, and post-processing images and
animations. February will be a crucial month, culminating in the game's testing phase and an
anticipated early March release. Time management remains my primary challenge, along with
preparing a YouTube trailer and other promotional materials.

Goals for the Upcoming Month

The main goal is to finalize the story statics quickly, paving the way for mini-games and the free roam
event. Following this, a “beta test version” will be prepared for immediate testing, allowing me to
work on the final test version concurrently. This approach aims to optimize time and reduce delays.

Final Thoughts

It's almost hard to believe we're nearing the release of the game. It's like we're approaching the summit
of a long climb – it seems both incredibly near and yet still a stretch away. I'm genuinely excited, as I
have full confidence in the fun and quality that Law School will offer. I'm looking forward to seeing
you all embark on this journey I've created and discovering which characters resonate with you the
most.

Back to the grind now – every day brings us closer to the release of the first episode of Law School!
