Changes the timing/trigger method of some jump scares to prevent them from being missed, removes some that just don't fit or overbear the game.

Patch v2.01
Patches an issue causing the lighter to become unable to be used. Fixed objects that are not meant to be interacted with. Deleted a development save that could be loaded causing bugs at the end of the game. Fixed some grammatical errors.
