Important Update on Multiplayer Achievements
Far Cry 3: The multiplayer achievements: "Ready or Not," "Sidetracked," "Overboard," "Lights Out," "Rush Hour," and "Payback" have been removed due to offline multiplayer servers. This will ensure players who wish to achieve 100% progression still have the ability to do so. Detailed information and a full list of affected services can be found on Ubisoft Support.

If you’ve previously unlocked achievements in Ubisoft Connect, simply launch the game once on Steam, and your progress will sync automatically.
