I have completely re-worked The Workshop connection from the ground up and after some testing it seems to be working on multiple devices now so hopefully it finally works now! I also added arrows that are labeled int the order things must be done in for a successful workshop submission so it should be easier to understand now!
The Maze is no longer stupidly difficult!
I have been tweaking The Maze since it came out to make it a little bit more fair for the player, I fell into the trap early on of testers and I getting use to the maze so not struggling despite how difficult it truly is. Now the player has a short sprint to quickly escape the monster when being chased and the monster is practically dumber now so it easier to lose the monster after it spots you.
This is probably going to be the last update as I am trying to work on newer projects, It's been almost 2 years, so to celebrate this last update....

Thank you all so much for the support over the past 2 years, it has been so fun working on this game all this time. hopefully you are all as excited for new projects as I am!

Controller Support Added!
I thought I was done adding stuff to the game and I bet you thought I was too but here we are, another major update! The main point of this update is the fact that now you can play the entire game with a controller instead of mouse and keyboard! The basic bullet points of this up

The main point of this update is the fact that now you can play the entire game with a controller instead of mouse and keyboard!
The basic bullet points of this update!

Controller Supported added to all menus, Classic Mode, Arcade Mode And The Maze Expansion!
The entire input system for the game was reworked from the ground up to be more optimised and more importantly to support controllers
Fixed a major bug in the Maze Expansion that prevented players from clicking any of the buttons after dying
Fixed a bunch of tiny bugs that probably slipped under the radar for most people
The workshop is still broken : )
I don't know what else I'll be doing with Toilet Flushing Simulator in the future, we did recently pass 1,000 copies sold and I did promise on twitter that if that happened we would produce merchandise and that has started, it's not ready yet but hopefully soon!
Thank you all for sticking around through the development of Toilet Flushing Simulator, the next game won't be as dumb but will be just as fun, maybe even more fun.

The Maze DLC is OUT NOW!!

After a lot of tedious, annoying development and testing, the first DLC for Toilet Flushing Simulator is finally finished and out!
The Maze Expansion includes an entirely new game available from the extras menu in the main menu.
The Maze
Wander through a dark, creepy maze trying to find and flush 8 toilets to open the escape.
However you aren't alone here, something is lurking, following. Hunting.
Basic Controls:

WASD - Movement
Mouse - Look
F - Flashlight
E - Interact
Updates/Patches/New Content

Fixed all the toilets being upside down in arcade mode.
Fixed a typo in the finale toilet's description in the log.
Completely re-worked and optimised the input system.
The workshop is still broken but differently now.
Added The Maze, including 2 new achievements.
More Lore.
A LOT of back-end work that should make the game run better.
I hope people enjoy this new game mode, I spent a lot of time refining it to be as scary and fun as possible while trying not to break the entire game... That definitely didn't happen while working on this and didn't cause me to spend weeks troubleshooting...

sshh I didn't break it
I definitely didn't accidentally somehow remove the animations on one of the toilets which caused the whole controls to die cause it checks if all the toilets have animations...

It's been a little while since an update so here we are, a lot of new stuff too!
First the Toilets

Finally the big thing!

The Log
The Log is accessible from the main menu and includes descriptions for EVERY item in the game. All flushable descriptions can be accessed immediately however, Toilet descriptions will require you to have unlocked the toilet in the base game!
I also fixed a little UI issue annoying me when I noticed it with the colour of the texts on the buttons not being the same on every button.
I hope everyone enjoys reading through the stupid descriptions I wrote for everything and also enjoy the new content added!

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has played this dumb meme game, this only exists because of stupid joke someone said to me and because of all of you, it has evolved into the game we all have today. I didn't think I would still be working on more stuff for this game but seeing people actually playing and enjoying this has inspired me to keep working on it, and has helped me stay inspired to work on other projects. So thank you all for wasting a dollar on the stupidest game on steam.

And this update is probably the biggest shake up to the game yet!
So what's new?

Arcade Mode Arcade mode is a high score based game mode that challenges you to get the best score possible in just 5 minutes! Arcade mode also includes new chip-tune renditions of a large portion of the game's music with a brand new chip-tune track on top! Arcade mode also includes 3 brand new achievements (bringing the total to 20) related to obtaining all the bonuses in one playthrough! Arcade mode also includes a global leaderboard to compete against others for the best score!
A brand new Arcade room has been added to the base game!
On top of this a couple little bug fixes are included in this update like fixing all the festive toilet hitboxes so that flushables actually collide with them!
This update took a lot of hard work and a lot of testing to get everything working right so I hope everyone has fun and I am excited to see all your scores on the leaderboard!

After a month and a half of development (almost double the time it took to make the base game!) players of Toilet Flushing Simulator can now officially upload and download custom flushables!
What else is new?

A new menu where you can upload your workshop items with its own unique song!
A new shop in the main game where you can buy the downloaded workshop items! (all custom items are actually free!)
2 New tracks for the main game!
The "Festive" section of the flushables has been relabeled to "bonus" with a new item!
This update has caused me so much trouble throughout all of the development and I think from now on it will most likely be small fixes for this update if any issues arise. If you encounter any bugs please start a discussion on the community page of Toilet Flushing Simulator!
The next major update won't be out for a long time now and I am going to take a break from this project for at least a month, hopefully after that I will be able to come up with more fun and unique content to add to this game!

With all this being finally added to the game there is just that little bit more to play with while the next updates are in the works, Hopefully There will be another big update next month! probably a little further into the month as the next planned update will introduce the Steam Workshop which is a very weird system to work with but I will hopefully have it ready for release before the end of the year!
