Tournament Mode UNLOCKED!

-window1 will launch the game in a 1024x768 windowed mode...
-window2 will launch the game in a 1280x960 windowed mode...

I had an unusual request from a user to add support for arcade 'spinner' controls. I have added support for these controls (disabled by default) to enable it, just add the following line to your config.txt file: spinner="true"
