ELEC is live!
ELEC is finally live on Steam! This is an incredible momentous time for myself and for my co-developer, and we at Tsar Dev are so so happy to announce that ELEC is live! Right now, we remain in early access due to the lack of music and multiplayer functionality, but both are bein
