Hi SCP players!
It's been a long time since the last devblog. SCP Strategy has been available in Early Access for 7 months. During this period of time, many things had been added and updated. In the next few weeks, we will publish update 0.8. This update will add CONTAINMENT BREACHES! You have been waiting for this feature for so long and finally, those events will come to the game.
That is the main view of your facilities. From this perspective, you will see a cross-section of your underground buildings. During containment breaches, you will see different sectors turning red. That means you are losing control of those cells. You will be able to use different procedures to regain control of them.
Psychologists say that well-decorated rooms have a positive effect on employee performance. Changing details in your interiors will affect your employees' statistics. That means choosing more decorated interiors will decrease the chance of containment breaches and increase the speed of conducting research.
We have added a new statistic on your main screen. That will show a chance for containment breach. Containing so many SCP objects in only a few facilities is dangerous and you should be prepared for the unexpected.
On a new skills tree, you will be able to unlock new containing procedures that affect your gameplay during containment breaches. We are still working on it so be aware of the possibility of changing it.
A few days ago we have asked you to fill out the questionnaires about SCP Strategy. We are so glad you had put effort into giving us a lot of feedback. We have read all of them and we will take them into account. Your opinions are so important to us.
One of the survey questions was about the game's price. Currently, the game cost 5$. We were planning to raise the price of SCP Strategy to 10$. This option won but so many of you chose 7$.
We were discussing it for a while and decided to fix the price at a level of 7$.
If you want to buy the game at the current price, you can do so in the next few days. The price will change in the first days of April.
And finally, the most important thing for today. We want to announce the date of the full release of SCP Strategy.

Does it mean SCP Strategy will lose support when version 1.0 will be released? Absolutely not!
