The last update was also focused on UI improvements. I was planning to add a crucial feature for the game in this update. Instead, I decided to change the city panel's UI. Because it was really confusing for the new players. Now it is a lot more simple and clean. Also, there are other UI improvements that are also for helping new players. There are also a few other gameplay improvements. The next update will be a lot more focused on a crucial new feature, which I am already working on. Here are some screenshots from the update:

Hi everyone, in this month's update the entire map has been remade, and I think it is the biggest change that game has experienced since the early access release. I liked the new map a lot more, and I think most of you will also like it. Other than that, this update also includes some bug fixes, a few UI improvements such as being able to close some menus with the "ESC" button, and a brand new and detailed filter system.
The old filter system had some problems, for example, it was hard to see the symbols and it wasn't really detailed. Also, the color-coding wasn't proper, since every country had a different color for their background. But most importantly, the old filter system wouldn't work with the new map, since now we have city symbols instead of city names. So, I remade the entire filter system by also adding some new cool features such as adding cities to your favorites. Now you can easily follow which cities you have a workshop or shop in, or which cities have a high development.
Attention: Old saves are not compatible with this update. However, it is possible to continue with an old save. Continuing with an old save may cause some game-breaking bugs. Starting a new game is highly recommended. Hi everyone, this month's update has some crucial bug fixes an

Hi everyone, this month's update has some crucial bug fixes and new content. The theme of the update is the seasons. I think that seasons are a great addition for this game and it reflects what kind of game I am planning to develop in the end. Also, a game-breaking bug has been fixed. All the details about the update are here:
Seasons. Every season has effects on the price rates of each category. For example in Winter foods are more expensive, while weapons are cheaper.
Fixed the bug where saving the game would take more than 5 seconds and may cause a crash. Now, saving shouldn't take more than 1 second if you have an average pc and it is not crashing anymore.
Various bug fixes.
Now you can see how much gold a city has from the city panel.
Now with "filter" mode you can see which city has which workshop and whether you own a workshop or shop in that city or not.
Also, there is a known bug; after loading a previously saved game, the item images in the player inventory would disappear. However, if you buy a new item, its image would appear. Right now I am investigating it and the fix will come with next month's update (hopefully) since it is not a game-breaking bug. Here are some screenshots from the update:

The second update of the game is live. Thank you for all of your support. The main content of the update is the player shops. Now you can purchase shops in the cities and start to sell goods from there. You can adjust the price as much as you want. However, the more expensive the good is, the less chance for it to be sold. So you should pay attention to the city's rates while adjusting the price. Also, when you sell a good you gain some reputation points. If you gain enough reputation points, you can sell the goods for higher prices with a greater chance to be sold. Here is the full changelog:

The game has been published 1 month ago. I had lots of support from different people around the world. Thank you for all your ideas and suggestions. I am trying to develop the game according to the community. Here is the changelog for the first update:
Auto Turn: From now on you don't have to click on the next turn button every time. When you have a destination, turn would be passed automatically.
Visual Feedback For Rates: Now rates screen has colors according to the rates of the city you are in. So when you check another city's rates, you will see that some categories are red while some of them are green. If the rate is green, then it is higher than the city you are currently in. If the rate is red, then it is lower than the city you are currently in.
UI Improvements: I now that the UI of the game is really bad right now. I am going to change the UI one by one. The first UI change is for the main screen(not the main menu, but the main screen you see while you are on the map).
Level: Now you can earn experience and level up. When you sell an item, you earn experience as the same amount of the money you earn. For example, if you sell a good for 350 golds, you would earn 350 experience points. When you have enough experience points, you would level up.
Perks: Every time you level up, you will earn a perk point. With perk points, you can unlock perks. There are 2 different perk categories: Trade Perks and Army Perks. There are 41 perks right now, 3 less than the planned.
Game Balance for Bandits: Now bandits will start to appear a lot later.
Some bug fixes related to the war and army screen.
Various little UI improvements.

I will post another devlog on the following days. That devlog will be about the next update's content.

Since the game has been released, I have started to work on new content. The first feature that will come with the next update is level and perk system. There will be 2 different perk categories: Army and Trade. Perk categories are working like skill trees. So to unlock a perk, you should first unlock pre-required perks. You can find the plans for perks below.
Every time you level up, you earn a perk point. With perk points, you can unlock perks. Each perk costs one perk point. You should earn experience points to level up. Experience points are equal to the amount of money you earn. So if you sell an item for 900 golds, then you would earn 900 experience points. Every time you level up, your experience points will be reset.
Also, I want to hear your opinion. What is the best thing about the game? What should be improved? What is your first impression? What should be added?
