The Flagship Devlog#13

Hello everyone! We’ve reached another milestone with over 3,000 Steam Wishlists—thank you for your incredible support! Your feedback has been instrumental in helping us improve the game.

To enable the creation of larger environments while avoiding visual anomalies, we’ve completely overhauled the galaxy scale system.the previous scale, inspired by "Rebel Galaxy" felt cartoonish, . We decided to scale planets up by 10 times, and in some cases, even more.

To support this, we’ve reworked the FloatingOrigin system and shrunk the entire game world by 1000 times. This massive adjustment affects nearly every aspect of the game, improving how we manage spatial information and enhancing the galaxy editor for future development.

We’ve also enhanced weapon sound effects, fine-tuning volumes and adding new control features for a better overall experience. Additionally, we’ve fixed key issues, including interaction functionality, missile switching problems, and frame rate settings.

We’ve also addressed several issues, including a major overhaul of the interaction functionality, resolving the issue where players couldn’t switch weapons after running out of missiles, and fixing the frame rate setting in the options menu.

That’s all for this update. Thank you for your continued support of "Flagship." See you next time!
