Hotfix 4 for the 1.1 unstable build is up on Steam's 'unstable' branch.
Thanks again to everyone who has been playing and providing support!
If you want to help out test please post your bug reports on our official forums, on our Steam forums or using our Discord server.
This update's changes:
- New 'By Crew Experience" ship sort option added to the ships overview panel.
- New combat hotkeys: 'Q' and 'E' rotate the battlefield to the left or right, respectively.
- The "Done with ship" action in combat is now activated with the 'X' hotkey (was 'Q').
- Fixed an issue that was causing unlimited supply range provided by Expert Logistics to not cover the whole galaxy, as it should. This was an issue in Huge and Gigantic games.
- Fixed an issue that was allowing spinal mount weapons, which are only available to Titans belonging to the Draguul and the Moltar, to be installed on non-Titan class ships when selecting them on a Titan first and then switching the design class to something else.
- Fixed a bug that was allowing a custom race appearance/affinity to change when selecting a different option on race customization even when not saving the custom race.
- Fixed an issue that was causing a newly created custom race to inherit the wrong affinity behavior. It was inheriting the behavior of the race selected to base a new custom race on where the correct behavior to apply to the new custom race must be according to the selected affinity during the race customization process.
- Fixed three diplomatic dialog instances where the wrong empire name was being referenced in the text. The AI empire name was being used when it was supposed to be the Human player empire name.
- Fixed a glitch that was not allowing all the Phasor modifications to fit in the weapons selection panel.
Compatibility: Previous saves from 1.1 unstable should be compatible with this new update.
Note: I remind that the 1.1 update is not yet available for everyone. To play the 1.1 unstable version you need to opt in for Steam's Beta branch. On the Steam client go to Games -> View Games Library -> Right-Click on Interstellar Space: Genesis -> Choose Betas tab -> Select the "unstable" Beta. The game shall start updating to 1.1 unstable.
Thanks!
Adam
