Hey Everybody,
We recently realized that it has been quite some time since we posted an update about the progress of our game hence reflecting the title of this post ːsteamfacepalmː. Please accept our apologies on that matter! We are a pretty small indie shop as you know so sometimes it gets pretty hard to catch up with everything that you should.
Anyway, let's get into the good news, the game is now in a fully playable condition from start to the end ːsteamhappyː. We have concentrated on tweaking the gameplay/balance lately along with a hard work on Online Co-op portion to make it as close as possible to the local couch play. We now understand much better why many games skip the online coop support as we spent more than a few months to get it work properly. It required quite a bit of work and adjustment but at the same time we believe it'll add a lot to the experience so the months we spent on it will be worth in return. Since we are also targeting for a simultaneous release both on PC and Consoles, quite a bit of work on porting is also underway where the game is playable on all platforms as well, though there are still specific details to be done.
You may be asking, with all these up to date info, where does this bring us regarding the release date? If you check the release date section as of today, you should be seeing Q4 2019 which is almost over. We're sad to inform that we won't be able to make it into that range but into January 2020, so not far off from target ːsteammockingː. An exact release date will be announced at he new year beginning along with the release trailer. We'll be also updating you much more frequently until the release starting with the Bosses Trailer next week, so stay tuned...
