Mortal Kombat 11 developer NetherRealm will give players in-game currency as it tweaks the controversial Towers of Time mode.
Towers of Time is a dynamic, time-limited set of challenges that see players face off against computer-controlled opponents for rewards.
The problem is a lot of these towers are incredibly difficult - to the point of feeling impossible to complete and unfair to play. Towers include modifiers that can make life incredibly difficult - modifiers can send projectiles onto the stage to damage you in some way, or tweak the way the stage works to make it harder, or even buff the AI in some way.
