wedding cutscene uses actual wife's model and hair instead of generic one.
fixes to Lily's skin texture

recalibrated weather to favor a bit cloudy days more. Full bright sky is almost as rare as full storm now.
Skill Builder advances to level 3 if player has skill builder 2 (did initial James quest) and bought a furniture factory.
some skill advancing didn't display proper info. Fixed.
only new planks can be painted - old planks cannot, things like bitumen cannot either. You must rebuild parts with new planks to paint them.
painted planks can be repainted, but with a different color only. Cannot be painted again with the same color.
Carsons Quest is now more easy
