So, here we are, having 250,000 owners of Steel Storm (only ~18,000 came directly to us, the rest are from HIB3 and didn't pay for the game to Kot-in-Action) and not having a solid community.
Why? Where did we fail?
We provided timely patches, we created free missions, we added MOBA mod, the modding tools were in the game from the day 1... So why isn't there any community? Why do we have only ~100 people participating in the polls?
We need help to get our gamers into a community where we can perhaps made some clans, do some tournaments, modding contests, etc.
As Steel Storm 2 coming to alpha release, I would really like to see Steel Storm users backing it up, especially that it will be more open game as far as modding, as the game logic source code will be released too.
I would appreciate if the few people who still visit this group begin spreading the word and try to convince their friends and Steam buddies, and Twitter followers that Steel Storm, Steel Storm 2 and Kot-in-Action need them.
