This new bundle is an alternate method to purchase the Indonesia DLC to the current in-app purchasing method.
For those that have already purchased Indonesia via the in-app method, you don't need this DLC.
Work will continue to get the in-app purchasing to recognise Steam's currency conversions.
The next upcoming module "LOGistICAL 2: Texas" will support both in-app purchasing as well as bulk purchasing via in-app or DLC.
