- Increased player lockpicking skill gain
- Player can now ask Samuel about furniture crafting.
- Player can now ask Malone about chopping and selling wood.

Building System
- Player apartment now starts with a sawbuck.
- Fixed item duplication exploit when placing items as furniture and taking them
- Fixed dropped items changing size when dropped to placeable furniture
- Fixed two calendars having wrong image
Tenement System
- Changed the apartment to show if the size requirement is met or not
- Fixed apartment fine balcony textures clipping
- Fixed makeshift balcony gap at outside
- Fixed residents not spawning to right positions
- Fixed resident rent ignoring tenement upgrades
- Fixed invisible obstacle in the makeshift yard
Furniture
- Fixed sink furniture being 'owned'
Open Sewer Tenement
- Improved outdoor environment lighting
- Fixed hardware stall being open on fridays despire sign stating otherwise
- Removed debit card accidentally left over from tests
This version shouldn't break or damage saves, but incase issues arise, old 0.3.17 version can be accessed from Steam library -> Obenseuer -> Options -> Betas and selecting 0.3.17
