BUGS FIXED:
* Ironwolf game-saves can get broken due to error in code, causing subsequent problems.
* When loading a game in which a packmate recently dispersed, a family snapshot notification is triggered erroneously.
* If not logged into game account, and the game language was set to something other than English, game tries to change regions when player tries to start a new single-player game, freezing the game and requiring force-quit.
