Hello Virgo Versus The Zodiac fans!
We have been getting some reports of users having issues with their screens turning black in the reception area of Capricorn.
A potential workaround solution which has helped resolved the issue for some users is to enter "Settings" and under "Video" switch the "Lighting" setting to OFF.
