He has low health and is unarmored, making him very weak to piercing attacks. He is Rapanossan, so he can travel through the water pretty quickly, but make sure to protect him! Troopers like Archeress and Scouter can take him out quickly, so make sure to take them out first!
Rapanossan Hexer casts magic abilities at his foes, making heavy armor useless. He can destroy troopers that use heavy armor, like Catapults and Paladins, especially easily.
Rapanossan Hexer's Blood Curse is a very strong ability that will reduce your enemy’s recovery rate by half. If your opponent likes to send in a lot of Clerics or other healers, counter with a Rapanossan Hexer to ruin their day.
