Lawless Lands,
So, it's been a bit since I posted any public announcements about Unrest.
I've been working on this expansion now - night and day - for months. It's turning out A LOT better, and A LOT larger in terms of content, than I originally anticipated. It's already at least a good several hours long... And I'm not even finished yet.
Recently, I have gone back through to polish and expand everything that was already in the expansion and I can pleasantly say it was worth it. Even though it was extra work on top of an already huge workload, I feel that it really brings more flavor, definition, and content to the game world. There are over 20 (full) side quests, a HUGE central story, and a lot of new areas to explore and things to check out. Equipment, enemies, features, you name it. The game world actually feels like it is changing as you make progress and accomplish different tasks. Almost everything you do in the expansion has a direct and indirect impact on the game world.
I'm estimating that I only need a few more weeks and it will be done. I'm absolutely thrilled to say that and I'm really happy with the quality and the quantity of content that it will feature. I've worked very hard to make it a worthy product and addition to the Lawless Lands world.
I've done a lot of new things for Unrest after looking at feedback from my past projects, the original game, and requests for the expansion itself. I can honestly say that what I have currently is much better because of my post-mortem reviews, community feedback, and having my testers help me out. I want to thank each and every one of you who has contributed over time, has supported me, and who has played the game. It means the world.
Anyways, I'll wrap this up here.
I'll have more info VERY soon!
Thank you for reading.
