New Sulan exemplifies renovation and expansion in many areas of the game, none more so that with Tales of the Fantastic. The popular quest, as well as featuring the the same levels and rewards as the original, is being restocked with added equipment and materials. There are also five new Tales of the Fantastic to tell:
- Marine Oath - Do you want to go out to sea? The city is abuzz with rumors of a wealthy merchant from Sidus Ur who is trying to sell his ship at the Sulan fish market. Head to the fish market and see what’s occurring. (Suitable for Level 24 and above.)
- Illumination - Help lead dancer Yomea unravel the mysteries of her past. Search around the city for Yomea and then lend her a helping hand. (Suitable for Level 27 and above.)
- Mother Whale's Pupil - As New Sulan's construction enters its final phase, the Adventure League at Sulan Harbor, Mother Whale's Pupil, has encountered some unexpected troubles. Head over to the Adventure League and see if there's anything you can do to help. (Suitable for Level 29 and above.)
- Wing on the Wind - People who live on the seaside often tell tales of strange and wonderful treasures out to sea. Some sailors, who have just returned from a voyage, are recounting one such tale: Head to the Sulan fish market and listen to what they have to say. (Suitable for Level 29 and above.)
- Ausgyth Affairs - It is said that star-crossed lovers often meet for the first time under peach blossoms and their unique luminescent petals. Head to the western part of the city and see for yourself whether there’s any truth to the legend. (Suitable for Level 32 and above players.)
