In this patch we prettied up the Salty Race and Quadtrouble and added some new cards for the latter.

-Nailed down some bugs.
SALTY RACE
-Added a brand new horizon and some new shiny icons as well.
-Changed so that crew members can't be sold to the goods shop & vice versa.
-Added the shipwave effects.
-Meddled with the shop UI and item descriptions texts.
-Removed zoom function: a minimap will be added in an upcoming patch.
QUADTROUBLE
-Changed to play screen to match deck building screen
-and added the inspect function. (press (A) to inspect a card on table)
-Added three new cards: the Deep Sea Monsters -booster!
