Today we will discuss a new update that consists of custom mode. Before discussing further, we need to inform you that from today, every time we update the game that related balancing, features, redesign, etc, we will update the game in the experimental branch (you can read how to access experimental branch here).
We're doing this so that this new feature that we still need to test and get feedback won't affect the main build. So, until this feature is certain that there are no bugs or are completely stable, we will use the experimental branch for the updates.

Custom Mode
So, Custom mode is an additional feature that we introduce in Free Mode. From the start, Free Mode was designed to make players can do whatever they want. They can try all the features that we have like Aerator, electricity source, fish, and other features available from the beginning of the game. But we feel that with the current situation, players will get bored quickly and some features such as diversity of pond equipment (aerator, electricity source, and filter) will not really be felt by the player.
So we planned to lock these features where later players could open them over time. That way the progression process will be felt. But if we do that, then the main purpose of the Free Mode (where players can freely try everything) will be limited. That's why we use custom mode ideas. With this feature, you can choose your starting conditions to play in Free Mode (like Sandbox Mode in general). There are several conditions that you can choose such as starting level, starting money, fish, and equipment.
We have updated these new changes to the experimental branch. If you want to try, you can access it in the experimental build branch (you can read how to access experimental branch here).
Please use a different save file if you try the experimental build branch so it won't affect the save file from your main build branch.
Update 0.7.9(4) for Main Build
We also update the main build into 0.7.9(4) version. In update 0.7.9 (4) we did some bug fixes that occurred in the previous version. We also do optimization on this version to prevent crashes.
