We've added 4 new decorative cubes to Ficterra!
These can be used to give your houses and other structures a unique design.
Grey Tiles with Striped Carpet (seen above) and Classic Brick with Corrugated Steel (seen below)

We also added some performance settings for the lighting. Check out the full update notes below!
Updates
- Grey Tiles have been added to the game. These are a group of 3 by 3 grey decorative stone tiles. These can be crafted at the Mason Station with Stone
- Classic Brick has been added to the game. This is a red and bluish decorative brick. It can be crafted at the Mason Station with Brick
- Corrugated Steel has been added to the game. This is a decorative green metal cube. It can be crafted at the Anvil using Metal
- Striped Carpet has been added to the game. It is a soft decorative cube that is easy to break. This can be crafted on your person using Carpet
- Added in quality settings for deferred rendering. These are under performance and are active when Deferred Rendering is selected. You can choose Low, Medium or High quality
- The lighting quality has been lowered by default. The game now starts with the new Medium setting of lighting. Previously, it was closer to the High setting. This is a good quality setting and avoids putting extra work on the GPU
- Deferred Rendering is disabled by default when you choose to run the game in lower quality settings. If you want, you can turn it back on once in game. This is to reduce the stress on graphics cards
Fixes
- Stars should no longer float in front of your face near the world spawn point
- When new research and crafting recipes are added to the game, existing characters will correctly have access to them in all cases
