-reworked Northern player cards
-initial work on reading in player generated *.csv files to change team & play parameters (checking to make sure player generated parameters adhear to the same rules as the current teams & make sure two multiplayer games will only connect if they match loose txt parameters. BUG: Game's connecting over "invite friend" not checking that compatiblity)
