Polish features and bug fixes:
- Current seed displays in the settings menu for easy copy/paste if you want to run that exact dungeon layout again.
- Smashing skull pegs now gives gold.
- You now get the gold from the final shot against the final boss in your final score.
- Skills now give the same gold as armor and weapons when sold.
- Fixed bug where Rat King and Orc Bard elites wouldn't spawn if encountered on floor 2.
- Fixed rare Druid save/load bug.
- Fixed a few localization bugs.
- Pre-emptive improvements for the upcoming Halloween event.
