As summer temperatures keep rising, Conqueror's Blade has issued multiple High-Temperature Alerts across many regions. With the blazing sun hanging high in the sky, warriors and city residents alike are finding their own ways to tackle this "heatwave challenge" — a battle without smoke or fire.
Reports say that many regions in Conqueror's Blade now face temperatures over 40°C. The fields outside cities are yellow and dry, and heat waves roll along the city walls. How will warriors and citizens endure? Stay tuned — our reporter is on the scene.
Footage shows Hidden City unusually quiet. The city bakes in the blazing sun; wooden houses crackle, the marketplace stands empty, and only faded lanterns swing in the hot breeze.
Linwu Fortress isn't spared. Its walls burn under the sun, warping the air. Banners that once fluttered now hang limp in the heat.
At Harbour City, heat shimmers above the harbor and sun glares off every stone. The waterways have dried up, and every brick radiates intense heat.
Wall Fort, famed for its defenses, now suffers under extreme heat. Cracks appear in the earthen walls, and the once-vibrant battlements now glow white at noon.
And finally — Hangu Pass...? Are those enemy and allied troops having a water fight in the moat?!
Our frontline reporter brings you exclusive new footage: the month-long extreme weather has led to some unexpected changes in this once-fearsome stronghold. Soldiers on both sides have called a truce and plunged into the moat together for a bit of summer fun.
