Updates to Encounter Rates - I've lowered them in the World and Dungeons.
Updates to Enemies - less enemies inflict poison. Hornets have lower HP
Updates to Skills - Many skills have had their AP costs reduced.
Updates to Jenier - He can now use Bows, and gets a skill to cure poison at Level 9.
Other - Added a new food item that also cures poison, fixed some bugs and some typos!
