[Update v2.5.1629] Index supports the object detection and bugs fixed

[Features]

• Valve Index supports the object detection. Now you can use Valve Index to enable object detection.

[Changes]

• Now, you can hide the object detection hint panel. Just go to settings to uncheck the hint window.
• More log for mouse clicking and DaillyVRLauncher.

[Bug Fixes]

• The object detection hotkey should not be triggered when the object detection doesn't be enabled.
• Fixed the cursor priority of the object detection hint panel
• Scroll bar might break when the environment is in lower performance status.
