After seeking further clarification from Steam, they have informed us that there was a miscommunication regarding the banning of keys already distributed.
They now confirmed that, keys that have already been distributed to users do not need to be banned whether they are redeemed or not.
Please kindly disregard our announcement on 16-Jul-2022, as it is not applicable anymore.
