Currently, there is the in-game customer service center where you can report various issues about the game.
And the League has recently decided to enforce its regulation upon the toxicity of its communities and in-game chatroom. We divided the channel where Leaguers can specifically report the immature users not keeping manners, a.k.a. toxic users.
When you see the users with inappropriate demeanors, please report them via our new email address according to the form below:

Last but not least, I personally want to emphasize one point just to be sure:
as you see on the linked sheet, being not good is not a subject for any kind of regulation. A gamer "being not good" doesn't mean that he/she is toxic!
(except when it is a malicious, intentional trolling)
Long or short, everyone has his/her learning phase. If you see bad players,
I recommend you help them as a member of the proud League instead of
hurling insults right in front of their faces.
