The Council's short address about 2.3 patch

Hello, Leaguers! This is GM XiangYu, the Herald of the League.

After our 2.3 patch, the server became somewhat unstable and we got many reports from the users that have experienced some inconvenience in gameplay.

Moreover, there was some miscalculation in our reward and users got fewer runes than they deserve. So we sent out additional rune shards around 7:00 (GMT+0).

I apologize on behalf of the League's Council. We will give a 1-day EXP booster as an additional gift to all Leaguers.
