Patch Highlights
Server stability:
In this patch we have implemented two fixes to the more common connectivity issues that have been encountered in the last few days.
- Server crashes – implemented a fix to resolve the most common server crashes.
- Server ghosting – implemented a fix to alleviate instances of the servers being inactive, but are not removed from the available server list. This was resulting in a shortage of available game servers and increased the likelihood of not being able to join a server for extended periods of time. This fix should also reduce the need for regular server restarts.
As these fixes are tentative, we will be closely monitoring the servers, as well as our feedback channels for further instances/reports of these issues occurring.
