1. Add a command list on dev mode console panel.
2. Fix a display issue when trade.
3. Fix an issue might cause craft list works improperly.
4. Improved text for faction.
5. Fix a display issue when the event ememies ask for item happens.
6. Fix the issue that rafts under submarine won't show again when it's demolished.
7. Add a new weapon : Steam Sniper.
8. Add a new decoration : Potted Plant.
