Update to v1.4 for new functions and improvements

Visible and sensible changes:

• Add a switch of automatic frame buffer clearing
• Add a CLS function to clear frame buffer manually
• Add a SET_CLEARER function to set the switch of automatic frame buffer clearing
• Fix a termination issue with music

Transparent changes:

• Update many 3rd-party libraries
• Fix a state checking bug with right mouse click
• Fix an accuracy issue with the TOUCH function
