There has been an uptick in reports of freezing/black screen issues when starting up the game. We would like to collect as much information about this issue as possible, so please send us a dxdiag report to our support team.
How to create a dxdiag report:
- In Windows, select Start and enter “dxdiag” into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results.
- In the tool, select Save All Information for an easily shared format. Take note of where you save the file to.
