It takes place at Arkham Fish Market – a former hub of enterprise and trade, now taken over by Deep Ones from the ocean and other creatures. Seafood stalls, warehouses, and fishing equipment – all of it left forgotten by its former owners. The only sane person still living at this forsaken place is barely even human anymore.
