This new build #4440 has one important new feature - software H.264/AVC encoder powered with OpenH264.
If you haven't any hardware accelerated codec, then this encoder will help you to stream or record your videos.
Please note, software encoder can "eat" much of your CPU power. So, 4-cores CPU is strongly recommended (minimum) for this codec just because your game will take the remaining.
