The Future of SuperTrucks Offroad

SuperTrucks Offroad was launched on Steam with zero marketing. The goal was always to launch the game globally on desktop, web and mobile at once, with a complete PR marketing campaign to have the most players in the game at one time, and to grow the multiplayer base.

Fortunately from the Steam launch alone, enough has been learnt in the last 18 months about the shortcomings of the game and where it could be improved upon, thanks to valuable feedback from the community and player reviews.

The game will launch globally towards the end of August. A specialist game PR company has been hired to promote/launch the game, and the game will be promoted upon many other channels and many YouTube channels.

Here is a list of features that will be added to the game for global release...

  • Achievements
  • 10 Exhibition race tournaments in career mode with unique tracks so career mode will take much longer to complete.
  • Career mode locked by level (so players need to compete in either exhibition race events or multiplayer/ghost car challenge to up their level)
  • Hardcore career mode (tougher AI, 8 trucks per race)
  • Level Up Rewards
  • Daily Login Rewards
  • Complete Main Menu Redesign
  • Pre Race and Race Results dialogs redesign
  • Settings menu redesign with more options
  • Epic and Legendary customise items and crates
  • Loads of Multiplayer Improvements and multiplayer only rewards and tracks
  • Tiered monthly multiplayer leagues that offer epic/legendary truck cosmetic items to the top players each month
  • A ghost car challenge system where you can bet in-game currency and challenge a player to beat your best lap time on a specific track.
  • Tiered monthly ghost car challenge leagues that offer epic/legendary truck cosmetic items to the top players each month
  • Tons of other small improvements
  • After global launch, the addition of other vehicle classes such as Buggies and Rally Cross vehicles will be added with unique handling, in addition an alternate vehicle physics system may be implemented.
