I was going to do a bit more in this patch before uploading, but after getting this fix to work I decided to get it over to you ASAP.
A few people have contacted me to say their saves weren't loading.This troublesome bug meant that on load, the game would just quit to desktop without even a cursory error message.
So I've just managed to figure this one out - seems it was to do with certain commuters being loaded that didn't have their sprites correctly defined, causing the crash out.
Thanks to those who reported it and also who sent me their saves to help out.
Alpha 91:
-Resolves crash to desktop with no error message with in certain situations where commuters loaded erroneously.
-Fixes repair skill learning. Repair skill was sometimes decreased (or increased too much) after each act of repair (was erroneously increasing repair skill with reference to refuse skill not repair).
