The new defense relay protects your base from enemies building onto it and placing down items on it. Every starting base comes equipped with one already placed down, so don't worry about needing a relay unless you're building separate bases.
The defense relay:
- Protects anything connected to it with no range limit
- If not installed in a base, the base will take 2x as much damage from projectiles and explosions
- Has 400 health, and can be upgraded to 600 health
- Requires power
The changelog is pretty small - expect lots of minor updates in the coming patch.
