This Wednesday ranked games were implemented in Beyond the Void, allowing players to match up with players closer to their game skills.
Climb the ladder from the Wood to the Diamond league!
ELO SYSTEM
The ranks in Beyond the Void are based on a Elo system. Each league is divided in three (as an example there will be Silver 1, Silver 2 and Silver 3).
Each player begins at Bronze 3.
If you win games, you win Elo points and climb the ladder to Bronze 2 etc. If you lose games, you descend the ladder and can end up in the Wood league 😛
If you win against someone stronger than you, you earn more Elo points (and change leagues faster) than if you fight with someone closer to your level.
If you lose against someone with a lot less Elo points than you, you will lose more points…

NOTE:
From now on, all the games available will be ranked games, until there are enough players to queue in both normal and ranked modes.
